Who we are. This website is operated by FGUK Ltd, trading as Forest Grove, registered in Scotland (SC880197), Floor 2, Airbles House, 270 Airbles Road, Motherwell ML1 3AT. For anything relating to your personal data, contact gdpr@forestgrove.com.
What we collect. We collect the information you choose to give us: name, company, email address, phone number and a description of your project when you use the contact form, phone us, or answer questions posed by Fern, our intake assistant on the Business AI Services page.
Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry, prepare the proposal you have asked for, and follow up on it. That is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking first.
Where it goes. Enquiry and intake data is transmitted to our secure business systems for the team to action. This site is served from a hosting network that may log standard technical data (IP address, user agent) for security and delivery.
How long we keep it. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and no longer than necessary after that.
Your rights. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection under UK GDPR. Email gdpr@forestgrove.com and we will deal with it properly. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first.
